Analyze Your System And Reduce Your Risk
Using our expertise and proprietary analyze and diagnostic tools, we ensure that a detailed, accurate and objective analysis is produced. Our analysis can look at the condition of your system’s oil for signs of wear, check heat exchanger tubing for damage or rigorously search for the smallest refrigerant leaks.
Analyze Services
Oil Analysis
High oil quality ensures the longest possible compressor life. Regular oil analysis helps reduce the risk of premature damage, lowering your costs and oil change needs.
Our Oil Analysis service is an early warning tool used to detect minor problems before they become major failures. It also reduces troubleshooting time and allows for proper maintenance planning.
Oil changes can be reduced by half, resulting in lower operating costs and a lower impact on the environment.
Oil Analysis Services
- Screw Chiller Oil Analysis
- Centrifugal Chiller Oil Analysis
- Scroll Compressor Acidic Tests
Depending on the results of the oil analysis we may recommend to do a vibration analysis to give you further peace of mind.
Tube Testing
We use Eddy Current technique for tube testing. Which can detect, locate and record internal and external corrosion, deposits, wear or cracking before their consequences start to damage your installation.
Our specialists use an inspection probe inside each tube of the exchanger unit to detect the magnetic field that is generated by the eddy currents. The magnetic field being produced by these eddy currents is monitored with a micro-processor-based memory oscilloscope.
Eddy Current tube analysis should be conducted as a part of predictive and curative maintenance program. It is the recommended scientific method to identify the root cause of a problem and the extent of damage caused to the tubes.
Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger Tube Testing
- Air-Cooled Chiller Evaporator Tube Testing
- Water-Cooled Chiller Condenser Tube Testing
- Water-Cooled Chiller Evaporator Tube Testing
We propose practical actions to resolve the situation and offer our assistance to restart your chiller.
Vibration Analysis
Vibration Analysis has become the preferred choice among all non-destructive methods. And it has been established that a vibration signature of a running equipment provides more detailed information on internal components condition than infrared or electrical non-destructive methods.
Every piece of HVAC equipment with rotating components has its own vibration signature. Any change in this signature can be used as an accurate means of identifying developing problems such as bearing wear, shaft unbalancing, and degrading screw compressor rotor tolerance. The monitoring and diagnostics system reliably detects potential defects at the initial stage of their development and identifies the exact defect type and its severity. Vibration analysis can identify problems long before they become noticeable on the environment.
To help you further, we will provide you recommendations in terms of maintenance scheduling. If the vibration analysis report indicates an imminent compressor fault, then we will advise you how to plan for a scheduled compressor renewal.

Thermography
The Thermography is a non-invasive, safe and proven predictive service that detects potential risks in electrical and mechanical equipment. Plus, because your plant can remain up and running, you’ll have a clearer picture of where potential breakdowns are hiding, before it’s too late. It’s a predictive maintenance program that lowers repair costs and limits unscheduled downtime.
Differences in temperature are key elements in monitoring equipment. As thermography captures an object’s heat signature, it creates a two-dimensional color image of the equipment components. That image will then be used to compare a good component to a problematic one and detect any potential risks. Thermal imagers can also store heat signatures for comparison and upload images to a database.
